Flow haouz is a Domestic Nonprofit Corporation that plans, funds, and builds clean-water projects for communities in need. This policy applies to flowhaouz.shop, messages sent to us, donor records, and information handled in support of our nonprofit operations.

2. Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide when you contact us, ask about a project, request a refund, or make a donation through a payment method we make available. Please do not send full payment-card numbers, passwords, government identifiers, or sensitive personal information by email.
The contact composer on this website prepares a draft in your own email application. Typing in the composer does not transmit information to Flow haouz. We receive the information only when you choose to send the email.
- Contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, and message.
- Donation information, such as the amount, frequency, date, transaction status, billing contact details, and limited payment-method information supplied by a payment processor.
- Communication and preference records, including project interests, recurring-support cancellation requests, refund requests, and your communication choices.
- Operational information, such as project correspondence, grant or partnership inquiries, volunteer inquiries, and records needed for accounting or legal compliance.
- Technical data processed by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time, and security logs needed to deliver and protect the site.
3. How we use information
We use personal information only for legitimate nonprofit operations, to take steps you request, to perform an agreement with you, to comply with law, or with consent when consent is required.
- Respond to questions and discuss donations, partnerships, or water-project opportunities.
- Process and acknowledge donations, maintain financial records, manage recurring support, and handle cancellations or refunds.
- Plan, administer, monitor, and report on clean-water initiatives and organizational operations.
- Protect the website and organization, prevent misuse, and resolve disputes.
- Meet accounting, tax, charitable-solicitation, recordkeeping, and other legal obligations.
- Send optional updates when you ask to receive them; you may opt out at any time.
4. Donations and payment providers
This website currently presents support options and prepares donation inquiries; it does not itself collect card information. If Flow haouz provides a hosted payment page, invoice, or payment link, the payment provider processes the card or bank details entered on its platform under its own privacy terms and security controls.
Flow haouz may receive your name, billing email, mailing address, donation amount, payment status, transaction identifier, and limited payment-method details, such as card brand and last four digits. We do not need your full card number or security code to administer a donation and ask that you never send those details by email.
7. Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected and for applicable accounting, tax, charitable-reporting, legal, and dispute-resolution requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove identifying details, subject to routine backup cycles and lawful retention duties.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, including access limits and secure service providers. No website, email system, or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by contacting us. Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may also have rights to receive a copy, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some information must be retained for financial, regulatory, security, or legal reasons. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
9. Children, international access, and updates
Our donation and partnership services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Flow haouz is based in the United States. Information may be handled in the United States and in other countries where service providers or project partners operate, subject to safeguards required by applicable law.
