Where will my contribution go?
The support tiers describe their intended program focus. Unless we separately accept a legally restricted gift in writing, contributions may be pooled and reallocated to the greatest current project or operational need. Allocation can include assessment, permits, construction, filtration, testing, local labor, training, maintenance, monitoring, administration, insurance, professional services, fundraising, and payment fees.
How does monthly support work?
The $49 Clean Water Access Sponsor tier is a recurring monthly contribution until canceled. Contact us at least two business days before the next scheduled charge when possible. A processed charge may still be eligible for a refund if requested within 30 calendar days.
Can I request a refund?
Yes. Contact us within 30 calendar days of the applicable contribution. Include your name, donation date, amount, and transaction reference if available. We acknowledge requests within three business days and review them within ten business days. Read the full Refund & Donation Policy for details.
How will Flow haouz report impact?
We aim to publish or share project-level updates that explain the initiative, funding use, delivery milestones, and maintenance planning as records become available. The figures on this website describe our support structure and policies; they are not claims of completed projects or beneficiary totals.
